It should appear above the fold (visible without scrolling) on your homepage, and it should be repeated at the bottom of every service page. Can you read the text without zooming? Can you tap the phone number to call? Does the navigation work? If the answer to any of these is no, a mobile-responsive fix should be at the top of your list.
