Who we are

ACB Digital is a web design and automation studio operated by ACB Investment LLC. We help small businesses build websites that work hard and automate the repetitive stuff so owners can focus on what they actually love doing.

When this policy says "we," "us," or "ACB Digital," it means ACB Investment LLC. When it says "you," it means anyone who visits our website or fills out one of our forms.

The short version: We collect only what we need to help you, we never sell your data to anyone, and we'll delete it if you ask. Everything below just fills in the details.

What information we collect

The only personal information we actively collect comes from our free website audit request form. When you fill it out, you may provide:

  • Your name — so we know who we're talking to
  • Your email address — so we can send you the audit and follow up
  • Your website or domain — so we can actually review your site
  • Your phone number — optional, in case you'd prefer a quick call
  • Project details — anything you share about your goals, timeline, or budget so we can give you a useful, relevant response

We don't run any hidden tracking pixels, build advertising profiles, or collect data you haven't knowingly provided.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to deliver the services we've agreed on. Specifically, that means:

  • Reviewing your website and preparing your free audit
  • Sending you the audit results and any follow-up questions
  • Discussing a potential project if you'd like to work together
  • Communicating with you throughout an active project

We will never use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails, add you to third-party lists, or contact you about anything unrelated to your request. If you'd like to stop hearing from us at any point, just say so — one email to hello@acbdigital.com is all it takes.

We never sell your data

Full stop: we do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your details stay between you and us.

The only time we'd share information is if we were legally required to (for example, by a court order) — and even then, we'd tell you if we're permitted to do so.

We use a small number of trusted tools to run our business — things like email and project management software. These tools process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Cookies & analytics

Our website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — things like which pages are popular and where traffic comes from. This helps us improve the site over time.

Any analytics we use are configured to respect your privacy: we don't track you across other websites, we don't build individual profiles, and we don't share analytics data with advertisers.

How long we keep your data

We keep your information only as long as it's genuinely useful:

  • Audit enquiries that don't become projects — we retain your details for up to 12 months in case you'd like to revisit the conversation, then delete them.
  • Active client records — we keep project-related communications and files for up to 3 years after a project closes, primarily for our own accounting and reference purposes.
  • At your request — we'll delete your data sooner if you ask us to (see your rights below).

When we delete data, we delete it properly — not just archive it somewhere out of sight.

Your rights

You have straightforward rights over your personal information. You don't need a lawyer to exercise them — just send us an email.

Access

Ask us what information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.

Correction

Ask us to fix anything that's inaccurate or out of date.

Deletion

Ask us to delete your information. We'll confirm when it's done.

Opt-out

Stop receiving emails from us at any time, no questions asked.

We'll respond to any request within 30 days. In most cases it'll be much faster.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable precautions to keep your data safe. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, we limit who on our team can access client information, and we use reputable, security-conscious tools for email and file storage.

No system is 100% secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. But we treat your information with the same care we'd want applied to our own.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of the page. For significant changes that affect how we use your data, we'll reach out directly if we have your contact details.

We're a small team and this policy reflects how we actually operate — not a legal shield drafted by committee. If something here ever seems unclear or inconsistent with your experience, please tell us.
